Throughout the year, we continued to focus on a large candidate range – from university leavers, to those with up to 3-4 years’ experience.
Consequently, we also worked on graduate recruitment projects ranging from entry-level opportunities and graduate schemes right through to 2nd and 3rd-level jobs.
This was reflected in the range in starting salary for each sector – from £20k, right the way through to £50k for candidates with more experience, or in-demand, highly technical skills.
Across many sectors, and in every quarter of last year, our gender representation statistics continued to defy industry standards.
This was particularly notable in some of the more traditionally male-dominated sectors, such as IT & Tech, and Internet & Digital Media.
We are thrilled to have helped a number of talented women secure graduate jobs in tech last year, as well as enabling fantastic companies in the technology and digital sectors hire graduates who are female.
Despite the variety of roles and sectors we worked on last year, our team of dedicated graduate recruitment specialists ensured that our probation pass rate remained at an impressive 95%, while our average time to fill a role remained well below the industry standard, at just 19 working days.
