In this Senior Investor Relations role, you will join the Capital Formation team at one of Europe’s leading small-to-mid market infrastructure investors, based in London. Founded in 2007, this founder-led firm manages ~US$20bn of assets under management (AUM) on behalf of a diverse global institutional investor base including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies, family offices and consultant advisors.
With over 190 employees, including an Investment team of 90+ across eight European offices, the firm has invested in over 300 projects spanning six main infrastructure sectors: Transport, Social Infrastructure, Renewable Power, Environmental Services, Network Utilities and Data Infrastructure.
Sustainability (ESG) and stewardship are central to the firm’s philosophy, with a focus on delivering assets that materially contribute to the lives of the communities they serve. The business is entering an exciting phase of growth, including the launch of its 10th core infrastructure fund, alongside product innovation and expanded global fundraising efforts.
Key responsibilities - Senior Investor Relations Associate
In this Investor Relations role, your responsibilities will include:
- Support execution of global fundraising campaigns, including planning, execution and tracking
- Develop and refine product narratives and messaging across all fundraising materials
- Own and maintain fundraising materials (pitchbooks, PPMs, factsheets), ensuring consistency with product strategy and positioning
- Assist delivery of product deep-dives, roadshows and LP presentations in coordination with Sales and Product Strategy colleagues
- Contribute to product-related LP discussions, including preparation of materials and responses for mid- to late-stage fundraising
- Support governance of global fundraising pipeline and CRM tools (e.g. DealCloud), including pipeline tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with Investment teams to develop product insights, case studies and portfolio narratives
- Own and maintain core product datasets (track record, portfolio data, performance metrics) underpinning fundraising materials
- Lead coordination, population and review of DDQ/RFP responses, ensuring consistency of product positioning and messaging
- Contribute to product development initiatives, new fund launches, and global fundraising strategy across funds and solutions
- Lead market and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and fundraising strategy
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong academic and commercial potential:
- A strong academic background (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
- You MUST have commercial experience in Investor Relations, Product Strategy, or Fundraising within Financial Services
- Strong interest in product positioning, market analysis and fundraising strategy
- Solid financial literacy and understanding of asset management
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ownership of work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn
- Knowledge of infrastructure or private markets
- Progress toward or interest in professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, CAIA)
- Additional languages
- Associate starting salary £50,000 - £70,000
