Location: London (Remote)

We're looking for a sharp, organised graduate to join our marketing team in London (fully remote). This is a hands-on role at the centre of how AutonomyAI shows up in the world, from the events we run and attend, to the content we publish, to the vendors and partners we work with.

You'll work closely with the founders and leadership team, which means real responsibility from day one and a fast learning curve.

 


 

What You'll Do

Events

  • Coordinate AutonomyAI's presence at conferences, trade shows, and community events — from logistics and vendor management to on-the-ground execution

  • Help plan and run AutonomyAI-hosted events, including our fireside chat series and customer roundtables

  • Manage event materials, swag, and stand production with external suppliers

Webinars & Digital Events

  • Own the end-to-end production of webinars — platform setup, speaker coordination, promotion, and post-event follow-up

  • Track registrations, attendance, and engagement metrics and report on performance

Social Media & Content

  • Manage and grow both the AutonomyAI brand channels and support content for our founders' personal LinkedIn presence

  • Create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels — scripting, filming, and editing clips that translate AutonomyAI’s product story for a broader audience

  • Identify and engage with relevant influencers and creators — reach out, coordinate collaborations, manage ongoing relationships, and track campaign performance

  • Schedule and publish content, engage with the community, and monitor performance

  • Work with the team to turn company news, events, and product updates into compelling social content

  • Grow AutonomyAI’s online presence via SEO/AEO

Vendor & Supplier Management

  • Source and manage relationships with event vendors, print suppliers, and production partners

  • Get quotes, manage timelines, and ensure quality delivery within budget

 


 

What We're Looking For

  • A recent graduate or 1-2 years experience (any discipline) with a genuine interest in marketing, events, or communications

  • Highly organised — you can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball

  • Strong written English — you're comfortable drafting copy and communications

  • Comfortable across social platforms — LinkedIn for professional distribution, X and TikTok and Reels for short-form video

  • Comfortable on camera, or willing to be

  • Proactive and resourceful — you figure things out rather than waiting to be told

  • An interest in AI, SaaS, or the B2B tech space is a plus but not required
