Marketing Insights Analyst
Salary: £25-27k
Hybrid working – based in our Marlow office three days per week (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Do you see patterns in the numbers, but also the stories behind them?
We’re after a rare mind - someone who can wrangle messy datasets, use modern tools (yes, we mean things like Python and AI-driven workflows), and explain it all in a way that even your gran would understand.
You’ll dive into audience data, uncover the ‘why’ behind customer behaviour, and help turn insight into marketing decisions that make a real impact. You’ll also help shape the way we use internal tools and AI - spotting opportunities where smarter systems, automation or new ways of working could solve real problems.
If you can see the solution - even if you’re not always the person building it - you could be exactly who we’re looking for.
If you’re excited by turning both data and ideas into action, whether that’s through client campaigns or internal innovation, and this sounds like your kind of role, get in touch to find out more.
We’re looking for someone who:
- is curious about marketing, people, places, brands and customer behaviour
- enjoys solving problems using data, logic and common sense
- can explain complex ideas in a simple, human way
- likes improving processes and finding smarter ways of working
- is excited by technology, AI and new tools - even if you’re still learning
- enjoys digging into data to uncover useful insight and meaningful patterns
- is comfortable working with messy or incomplete information and applying sensible judgement
- has an analytical mindset and enjoys asking “why?” as much as “what?”
- is interested in how insight can influence real-world marketing decisions and customer experiences
- may already have some hands-on experience with data analysis through work, university, placements or personal projects — but just as importantly, has the curiosity and willingness to learn
