As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Give a Grad a Go, I connect graduates with companies looking to hire in both the UK and internationally.

My area of expertise

The role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant is exciting and varied. I predominantly specialise in sourcing top talent and matching them with a consultant that can help grow their dream career. It’s a highly social and rewarding role, seeing me regularly engage with skilled graduates from a variety of backgrounds.

Why I chose to work at Give a Grad a Go

Give a Grad a Go is a breath of fresh air in the recruitment space, built off a culture of hard work, honesty and support. The people are lovely, the offices are vibrant, and the work is rewarding in a number of ways. From my first conversation with GAGAGO, I was determined to land the role!

The worst job I’ve had

I have had a number of mildly traumatising job roles, but the true height of horror was my time spent clad in a hazmat suit during the COVID-19 pandemic. Working as a laboratory technician in an overly toasty lab, the fashionable yet unbreathable hazmat suit (whilst protecting me from the hundreds of slightly dribbled on COVID swabs I was basking in) was ill-suited to the subtropical climate. Kept the suit for beach days/Halloween.
