Job description – Customer Success Executive
In this Graduate Account Management job, you'll be taught the bespoke cloud software, and will interact with customers to help them set up accounts, ensure they are fully onboarded within their user access and support them with functionality questions. You will also manage client relationships, and handle account renewals, up-sells, and promote retention with B2B client accounts.
Please note, this company works fully remotely, with occasional meet ups in London. You must be comfortable learning and working remotely. You must be based in the UK with unrestricted rights to work in the UK. Beneficial if you are based near London.
Key Responsibilities – Account Manager
- Demonstrate (after training) comprehensive product knowledge to effectively articulate benefits, features & products.
- Maintain knowledge of the competitive products and market.
- Establish rapport and schedule appointments with customers, while making detailed notes in the CRM.
- Maintaining client relationships, and ensure client renewals.
- Up-selling and cross-selling new products to existing clients.
- Manage and complete all assigned tasks, in a timely & friendly manner.
- Interact with co-workers and work as a team.
- Train to be involved with all areas of client account cycles as we invest in your knowledge-building.
- A university graduate with a degree in Accounting, or prior experience in accounting is mandatory - we require accounting grads to ensure sufficient subject knowledge.
- Prior client-facing experience is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic accounting functions and practices from studies or experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication ability.
- Experience in customer service /sales will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrable ability to meet expected daily outputs and deadlines.
- Ability to self-motivate, be organised and multitask.
- Located in the UK with full right to work, ideally based near London.
- A starting salary of £27,000 - £30,000 (DOE).
- Remote working. (You must be based in the UK with full rights to work. Beneficial if you are near to London)
