Christmas fundraising with Save The Children 🎅

‘Tis the season of giving, and that’s what we do best at Give A Grad A Go!

Our lovely bunch of Resourcers, Recruitment Consultants, the Operations Team and Marketing members have been celebrating the festive season with a little gift-giving in our office secret Santa.

With our £10 spend per gift, all purchased from charity shops, we’ve contributed around £300 to charity shops all over London!

We’re also lucky to have such a tight-knit team that know each other so well here at Give A Grad A Go, you won’t be finding any of our gifts back on the charity shop shelves!

From funky zebra print shirts, to more than one faux fur hat, we had bizarre, practical, thoughtful, and purely comedic gifts, all thoroughly enjoyed by one another.

The festivities didn’t stop there. We joined in on Christmas Jumper Day!

With a festive tax of £2 per jumper and a scrooge tax of £2 for non-jumper wearers, we managed to raise £60 just from jumpers.

Combining that with some lovely baked goods brought in by our team, a pin the nose on James Blunt game (later Ben Taylor – our Sales Manager!), and all-round generosity from our team, we managed to raise £216.62 for Save The Children!

This amount includes a matched donation from Give A Grad A Go ourselves, making a grand total of over £500 for charity.
