Who can take part in the TikTok competition?

This is open to graduates and students.

Whether you’re a graduate currently on your career journey, or a student making your career plans, we want to hear from you.

If you are a graduate, it doesn’t matter whether you’ve only recently started your first job, or if you’ve been in your role for some time now. We want to hear your journey.

And, if you are a student, don’t worry if you’ve secured a graduate job before your graduation, or if you’re planning out your next career moves. Your advice is still valuable!

Entering the workplace after university is difficult!

Your TikTok video could prove to be a helpful, comforting resource for struggling graduates and students.

Why should I take part in this TikTok video creator programme?

With so many graduates and students unsure of what career to pursue, your insights will be an invaluable resource.

You can provide direction, comfort, and a laugh or two! By doing so, others are more likely to feel more relaxed about adapting to workplace culture.

Your video will be published on our TikTok account with over 10K followers, with some of our videos reaching 1.9M views!

And your video content will also be shared on other social channels, reaching our network of 100K+ followers.

So, it’s both a great opportunity to help your peers, and also provide you with networking opportunities (your video will include a link to your LinkedIn profile).

Once your video has been published on our TikTok, you’ll receive a digital certificate and a LinkedIn badge to add to your profile, stating that you’ve taken part in our TikTok video creator programme.

You’ll receive a breakdown of how your TikTok content performed and the analytics rankings.

We’ll also share with you our best tips for making engaging TikTok videos, as well as how we promote our videos.

With this, you can apply marketing knowledge to your career, and get started creating your own online video content.

How do I get my £20 Amazon voucher for entering my video?

Once you send us your video, we will first check and approve the content.

Then, we’ll contact you to send a £20 Amazon voucher your way!

When your TikTok video is published, we’ll share your video across our social channels.

But, to gain more traction, we encourage all participants to share their video with friends, family, and a wider network to grow those TikTok views!
