Job description – IT Support Analyst
In this 1st Line IT Support Analyst, you will provide 1st line desktop support across a variety of systems with an escalation path to a highly technical desktop and infrastructure team.

This role will focus on utilizing your IT Service desk skills that you have gained commercially or academically. 

This role offers huge scope to learn new skills and progress, the team are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join them.  
 
Key responsibilities – IT Support Analyst
In this IT Support Analyst role in London, your responsibilities will include:  
  • 1st line desktop, voice and remote access support across Aquis offices and remote users  
  • Setup new IT equipment for users, including laptops, desktops, telephony and mobile phones  
  • Managing users and groups within Active Directory  
  • Responsible for implementing approved procedures (change control, joiners/leavers, etc)  
  • Support and maintain Microsoft Teams AV equipment (Yealkin)  
  • Prepare and maintain up to date documentation  
  • Manage relationships and work with vendors to escalate issues when appropriate 
 
Job requirements – IT Support Analyst
  • A 2.2 or above from a top-ranked university 
  • A right to work in the UK   
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office365 including desktop office applications word/excel  
  • Must be IT literate and have a strong interest in pursuing a career in IT  
  • Experience in IT Support/Desktop Analyst is a bonus  
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken  
  • Attention to detail and highly organised  
  • An excellent team player, with an ability to work on your own initiative
