Overview - Graduate Field Sales Executive

We’re looking for a Graduate Field Sales Executive to add to our rapidly expanding sales team. This role is within our retail channel, managing and building on our strong independent customers base in London/South/SEast/SWest areas.

Your responsibilities - Graduate Field Sales Executive

• Being part of sales team driving best practice and improved sales performance in the retail channel
• Converting prospects into successful, long term customers using sales methods such as emailing, face to face, cold calling, and presentations
• Grow tonies sales in existing and new accounts
• Visiting customers on a regular basis and evaluating customers’ needs
• Representing the business at trade shows & demo events
• Develop strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Effectively leverage our brand and marketing plans with customers
• Day to day customer admin, support, & account management
• Assist where needed with merchandising requirements within our key accounts
• Ad-hoc tasks as requested by line manager 
• Opportunities to expand the role to take on larger accounts as the role grows 

Your requirements - Graduate Field Sales Executive

• Strong communication skills
• Proven experience in a Field Sales role or similar environment 
• Proactive & able to work autonomously
• Strong relationship building
• Negotiation & overcoming objections skills
• Results oriented
• Problem solving attitude
• Attention for detail
• Comfortable with cold calling
• Team player
• Able to travel around the south region on a daily basis and regularly stay overnight
• Full, clean driving licence & must have own vehicle
