When consumers make payments, they are charged to their mobile phone bill. This service can be used for ticketing, content, cash deposits and charity donations. The service works by charging digital payments to the mobile phone bill, either via carrier billing or SMS billing. The business also offers messaging solutions.

Job description – Client Services Executive
In this Customer Success role in London, you will work closely with high-profile clients, handling day-to-day queries, requests, and troubleshooting issues. You will be responsible for setting up and testing campaigns for live events and competitions, ensuring they are configured correctly and function smoothly.
 
Additionally, you will produce in-depth reports to present alongside the account management team, helping to evaluate campaign successes, identify areas for improvement, and drive client growth.
 
This role offers exposure to various aspects of client services and operations, allowing you to develop a broad understanding of the business. You will work collaboratively with teams across client services, commercial, product, operations, and tech, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
 
Key responsibilities – Customer Success Executive
In this Graduate Customer Success job, your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating and testing bespoke campaigns for customer activities such as TV competitions and charity donations.
  • Building and managing large-scale mobile marketing campaigns.
  • Producing detailed reports for clients and presenting key findings internally and externally.
  • Supporting clients during high-profile events, some of which may occur outside standard working hours.
  • Analysing data using tools such as Looker and Excel to provide insights into key performance statistics.
  • Developing statistical dashboards to monitor client traffic and event performance.
  • Contacting competition winners on behalf of clients.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for client queries, requests, and issue resolution.
 
Job requirements – Customer Services Executive
  • A minimum of a 2.1 degree from University.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify anomalies and issues.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for handling data and creating reports.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Organised and process-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A great salary of £28,000 - £30,000 DOE.
