Key Responsibilities - Technical Support Analyst
In this Technical Support Analyst job, your responsibilities will include:
- Own, analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve 2nd line technical issues
- Provide technical support to a range of business clients
- Escalate technical issues where required and support resolution processes
- Assist with testing and validation of new software and hardware releases
- Support customer service requests and maintain regular communication with clients
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and technical documentation
- Contribute to improving internal procedures and support processes
- Support wider operational and technical activities as required
For this Technical Support Analyst job, the ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Science or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Genuine interest in technology and technical troubleshooting
- Ability to work through problems and follow issues through to resolution
- Previous experience in a technical support or testing environment is advantageous but not essential
