Essential:
  • Proven experience delivering multiple concurrent technology projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum SDLC methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working with engineering teams and managing software delivery.
  • Basic understanding of exchange-based order book trading.
Desirable:
  • PRINCE2 or APM certification (or equivalent).
  • Exposure to various asset classes (equities, ETFs, derivatives, bonds, commodities).
  • Familiarity with FIX protocol and market data systems.
  • Understanding of ultra-low latency distributed computing environments.
  • Experience in highly regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of Linux-based infrastructure and distributed server architecture.
