About the Role:
As a Support & Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service and platform. This entry-level position offers exposure to various areas and teams within our technology start-up.We are seeking a proactive, eager-to-learn candidate who thrives in a team environment. Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional support for users, monitor platform activity, and perform essential administrative tasks to maintain high-quality service delivery. This is a remote role, providing you with the flexibility to work from anywhere with reliable internet access.
Specifically, you will be required to:
- Provide online support for users.
- Proactively monitor platform activity for day-to-day operations.
- Develop deep working knowledge of the Ayda platform.
- Use support software and systems to create, tag and effectively manage tickets.
- Diagnose software issues and engage with the Product Owner using established processes.
- Support the customer success and sales team in maintaining the CRM tool to ensure contacts and accounts are kept up to date.
- Perform other duties as required.
