Job description - SDR Manager
In this role as an SDR Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the sales potential of the company, through a range of means, including developing and coaching a sales team, contributing individually and developing sales operations and processes.

Key responsibilities - Sales Development Manager
In this SDR Manager role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Take ownership of top-of-funnel activity by monitoring, analysing, and reporting on the volume and quality of meetings booked and completed across all sales channels.
  • Operate as both a leader and contributor — balancing responsibility for the team's results with actively generating your own pipeline of meetings.
  • Lead and develop the SDR team by delivering regular coaching, actionable feedback, and tailored support to help each member maximise their impact at the top of the funnel.
  • Spot patterns in performance data, leverage emerging opportunities, and address any obstacles impacting the team's success.
  • Drive the evolution of the sales function by enhancing processes and tools. This may include introducing new systems, building playbooks and training resources, refining lead qualification methods, defining success metrics for the team, and running structured coaching and development sessions.

For this SDR Manager role, you will need:
  • 3-5+ years of B2B Sales experience, preferably in high volume environments with a lot of outbound lead generation.
  • Proven SDR coaching experience - you are comfortable taking on responsibility for the coaching and development of salespeople within a team.
  • Experience implementing new sales systems and tools, creating playbooks and training resources, and defining KPIs is highly beneficial.
  • Strong individual contributor as an SDR.
  • Have managed or coached team members.
  • Have established new sales processes and developed sales resources used across the team.
