Job description – SDR Manager In this role as an SDR Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the sales potential of the company, through a range of mean,s including developing and coaching a sales team, contributing individually and developing sales operations and processes.
Key responsibilities – Sales Development Manager In this SDR Manager role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Own top-of-funnel performance: consistently track and report on the number of quality meetings scheduled and held across sales channels.
- Be responsible for identifying trends, capitalising on potential opportunities, and resolving challenges faced by the team.
- Achieve by supporting others and directly: this is a player-coach role so you will need to balance overall responsibility for the teamʼs performance with taking responsibility to generate meetings independently.
- Manage the SDRs: help existing, and future, SDRs achieve their potential by providing regular feedback, guidance, and support to help them improve their performance at the top of the funnel.
- Develop the sales function: play a key role in maturing the sales operations and processes. This may include implementing new tools, creating sales playbooks and training materials, refining lead scoring and qualification criteria, establishing clear metrics and KPIs for the SDR team, and running regular coaching sessions with the team.
Job requirements – SDR Manager For this SDR Manager role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of b2b Sales experience, preferably in high volume environments with a lot of outbound lead generation.
- Strong individual contributor as an SDR.
- Have managed or coached team members.
- Have established new sales processes and developed sales resources used across the team.
