Job Description - Sales Executive (Storage Unit & Office Lettings)
This client-facing sales role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth across a portfolio of high-end office lettings and storage units. You'll play a key role in generating leads, managing client relationships, and maximising occupancy across premium spaces in a world-class location.
 
From day one, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, conducting viewings, handling enquiries, and tailoring solutions to meet their business or personal requirements. With the support of senior management, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own pipeline and deliver exceptional results.
 
Key responsibilities - Sales Executive
In this business development job in London, your responsibilities will include:
  • Promoting and selling office lettings and storage units to businesses, professionals, and individuals.
  • Conducting viewings of office spaces and storage units, both virtually and in person.
  • Responding to inbound enquiries and generating outbound leads through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects using a CRM system.
  • Negotiating lease terms, preparing offers, and supporting the sales process through to contract completion.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and improvements.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to support long-term relationships and renewals.
Job requirements - Graduate Sales Executive
  • Proven experience in property sales, commercial lettings, storage solutions, or a similar B2B sales environment is highly beneficial. 
  • Driven graduates without commercial sales experience, but with a clear drive for sales and customer-facing exposure are also encouraged to apply. 
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Organised, reliable, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Professional presentation and ability to represent a premium brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge of the London property market is advantageous.
