  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior HR and business leaders - delivering initial pitches and learning about prospects' needs through discovery techniques.
  • Through training, you will gain exposure to discover calls, secondary pitches, and negotiation and closing calls. This is a position you can progress in, and begin to manage full end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Working closely with the wider sales, marketing, and events teams to optimise outreach and event promotion.
  • Managing CRM activity, maintaining accurate records of all engagement and follow-ups
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs for call volume, quality conversations, and conversions.

  • Ability to connect with senior, successful business leaders and owners, and to present concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to have consultative conversations, ask questions and "actively listen".
