Job description - Sales Executive (SDR) - Manchester In this Business Development role, you'll be supporting the BD team to unearth new opportunities across their Northern region through proactive and reactive prospecting. Part of the role will involve following up on warm leads, producing well researched and insightful materials and communications to drive those conversations forwards. In addition to this, you'll be conducting thorough market research and industry mapping to identify new business opportunities and starting to build those relationships. - Follow up of all reactive leads from networking in the region
- Identify the correct decision makers within prospect organisations and fully qualify the opportunity through telesales efforts
- Secure meetings with prospects and ensure that the relevant team is in attendance to deliver exceptional experience
- Work towards meeting and pipeline targets
- Support BDMs at networking meetings with key property professionals
- Develop and grow strong relationships with property professionals in the region
- Develop knowledge of region including but not limited to buildings and developments, occupiers, competitors, events, professionals, local news and political issues
- Use CRM to ensure that all upcoming opportunities are resourced effectively and that all leads are up to date
- Deliver exceptional experience at every touchpoint with all contacts
