Job description – Sales Development Representative
In this role as an SDR, you’ll drive growth by connecting with potential business clients and generating qualified opportunities. Utilising outbound strategies, you’ll be evangelising their continually evolving SaaS product to decision-makers in the care sector, helping providers tackle fundamental challenges with our intuitive solutions.
Key responsibilities – Business Development Executive
In this SDR role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Own the full spectrum of outbound activities to generate SQLs and SAOs from targeted SMB accounts
- Qualify leads through multi-channel outreach and rigorous qualification, ensuring they meet the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Drive new sales opportunities, consistently meeting your monthly targets
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build a high-performing, scalable sales process
- Support the early stages of building, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at care providers
- Conduct market mapping and research to identify best-fit prospects and maximise outreach strategies
- Leverage sales coaching through our sales coaching providers to continuously improve performance and sales techniques
- Report regularly on progress, performance metrics, and opportunities to optimise outbound strategy.
Job requirements – Sales Associate
For this Sales role, you will need:
- Experience is not totally necessary if you are hungry & resilient with a clear focus on pursuing a sales career!
- B2B sales is highly beneficial, and a bracket salary is available for those with more developed sales experience
- Tech proficiency and experience with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and sales tech is a plus
- Proactive and driven: You are a self-starter and have a strong desire to achieve results
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach: You’re ready to make a significant number of calls and connect with prospects daily
- Sales-oriented mindset: You bring some experience in sales or a commercial role, with a keen focus on identifying and converting opportunities
- Excellent communicator: You have exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations
- Resilient and determined: You thrive under pressure, handle rejection constructively, and persistently pursue your goals
- A strong passion for the care sector, social impact, or technology
