Job description - Sales Administrator

You'll work closely with the sales team to support client relationships, streamline campaign delivery, and keep sales processes on track. It's a perfect role for someone with strong admin or commercial experience, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Key responsibilities - Sales Support
In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Supporting the creation of sales proposals, client-facing presentations, and commercial pitch materials
  • Compiling detailed pre- and post-conference reports, including competitive analysis and content tracking
  • Coordinating international travel logistics for staff and speakers (flights, hotels, transport)
  • Managing press pass applications and documentation for major medical conferences
  • Maintaining clean, well-structured internal folders to ensure proper version control and campaign tracking
  • Assisting with placement of commercial content across Radcliffe's digital platforms to optimise client exposure
  • Tracking sponsor deliverables and compiling post-campaign performance reports
  • Supporting cross-functional coordination between sales, editorial, marketing, and design teams
  • Helping manage project timelines using tools like JIRA and documenting internal kick-off meetings

Job requirements - Sales Administrator
To be successful in this Sales Administrator role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in a commercial, admin, sales support, or media role (B2B or healthcare exposure a plus)
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Great written and verbal communication - you're confident liaising across departments and with external stakeholders
  • A proactive and dependable mindset - you take ownership and follow through
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Experience with project management tools like JIRA is a plus
  • Able to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn

Benefits of the job - Sales Administrator
  • Competitive salary (£25,000-£30,000 depending on experience)
  • Hybrid working - 3 days per week in their Bourne End office (parking + train station nearby)
  • 25 days holiday + extra break at Christmas
  • Pension scheme and private medical insurance
  • Professional development opportunities and clear pathways for growth
