Job description - Product Executive (Marlow)
As a Product Executive, you will be key to ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience for a varied client base. You'll serve as the go-to expert for configuring and launching events on the business platform, helping customers realise value from day one. In addition to supporting clients, you'll also contribute to ongoing improvements within the team and across the business. 
 
Key responsibilities - Product Executive (Marlow)
In this graduate Product Executive position, your responsibilities will include:

• Onboard and new customers. Guide new clients through the technical setup and configuration of the internal platform to meet their specific event goals.
• Take a hands-on role in the bespoke and manual setup of client software ahead of events, ensuring all requirements are met
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients during the onboarding phase, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to the senior product and engineering teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform.
• Develop Onboarding Resources. Help create and refine training materials, best practice guides, and other resources to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
• Support Continuous Improvement. Work across our internal teams to ensure the team can deliver the best possible customer experience, from a technical and product perspective. 

Job requirements - Product Executive (Marlow)
