Key Responsibilities - PR & Social Media Assistant
In this PR & Social Media Assistant job, your responsibilities will include:
- Support the delivery of PR campaigns, press previews, and industry events
- Act as a key point of contact for showroom communications and marketing initiatives
- Assist with outreach, submissions, and coordination across luxury brands and partners
- Support the creation and distribution of press materials and communications
- Assist with social media planning, scheduling, and content coordination
- Capture content during events and key industry moments
- Support community engagement and social media monitoring
- Maintain accurate records, contact databases, and marketing materials
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively
- Support the wider marketing team with ad hoc projects and event activity
For this PR & Social Media Assistant job, the ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Journalism, or a related subject
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Genuine interest in PR, social media, design, or the creative industries
- Confident liaising with a range of stakeholders and external contacts
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
