Job description - Portfolio Analyst
As a Portfolio Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing a portfolio of loans, working closely with borrowers to ensure projects are delivered successfully and loans are repaid on time. You will gain exposure to all areas of property lending, from reviewing construction progress to risk assessment and repayment processes.

Key responsibilities - Portfolio Analyst
- Communicating with borrowers to track project progress and repayment strategies.
- Reviewing construction reports and processing drawdown requests.
- Managing loan servicing and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Identifying risks and supporting solutions to resolve challenges.
- Overseeing loan repayments with solicitors and stakeholders.
- Preparing loan-related documentation and reports.
- Supporting the Portfolio Manager and wider team on case management.
- Gaining exposure to credit, sales, and special projects.
Job requirements - Portfolio Analyst
- A 2:1 degree in property, finance, law, economics, or a related subject (preferred).
- Strong numerical ability and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines.
- An interest in property and development finance.
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
- Full right to work in the UK.
