Job description - Talent Coordinator

Key responsibilities - People Coordinator
- You will help shape how we attract, hire, and retain world-class people—playing a key role in scaling our team, refining our processes, and exploring the future of work through technology and AI
- Hands-on Exposure to Talent Operations: From scheduling interviews and reviewing applications to supporting employer branding and testing new recruitment technologies, you'll build operational expertise, and a deep understanding of how a modern, high-performing Talent function runs
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers, People Ops, and senior leadership, you'll help drive great candidate experiences and hiring outcomes—gaining commercial awareness and confidence in working with different stakeholders across the business
- Comprehensive Training: In addition to the extensive on-the-job learning opportunities, you'll receive a broad and blended in-person training curriculum
- Schedule interviews and candidate calls across teams
- Keep hiring trackers and timelines up to date
- Make sure candidate data is accurate and up to date
- Help test new tools and AI features that improve how we source, screen, or schedule candidates
- Share ideas on how we can save time or improve candidate experience
- Help document what works and share it with the team
- Support candidate communications like interview invites and follow-ups
- Help ensure every candidate receives timely updates and a positive experience
- Keep an eye out for ways to make the process clearer, faster, and more engaging
- Join team meetings, hiring debriefs, and working groups
- Keep our internal materials (like hiring guides and templates) up to date
- Jump in to support on projects as we grow and improve our talent operations
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience, HR or Business would be a real plus
- You enjoy working with data; pulling reports & data analysis to get the best insights to customers
- You will be highly organised, able to work across multiple accounts with competing priorities
- Capable of producing high-quality presentation decks for client meetings, overall owner, and responsibility for getting contributors to provide content on time
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- A starting salary of £34,000 + bonus opportuinties
