In this Partnerships role in London, you will be joining the leading marketing measurement platform for eCommerce brands. They have found product/market fit in the last two years and quickly become the market leader for measurement in EMEA.

Job description - Customer Success Grad Scheme
This Grad Scheme offers fantastic opportunities for new graduates to join a fast-paced and innovative environment. You'll be given real responsibility from day one and get hands-on experience working with some of the biggest digital platforms - like TikTok, Meta, and Snap - helping strengthen relationships, support initiatives, and drive partner success.
 
The role will be dynamic and varied, with future opportunities to move departments through a bespoke Centre of Excellence Grad Scheme . 
 
Key responsibilities - Partnerships Grad Scheme
  • Supporting the lead Partner Managers: Help to coordinate activities with platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap, and others.
  • Creating content: Prepare presentations, talking points, and training sessions to empower our partner teams.
  • Tracking performance: Help track and report on partner performance and engagement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams: Work across teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
  • Managing smaller partners: Own communication and support efforts for specific territories or partners.
  • Identifying new opportunities: Research and reach out to new or emerging partners.
 
Job requirements - Customer Success Grad Scheme
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience, ideally in Marketing, Business, or a Data related subject
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros...) 
  • You enjoy working with data; pulling reports & data analysis to get the best insights to customers
  • You will be highly organised, able to work across multiple accounts with competing priorities
  • Capable of producing high-quality presentation decks for client meetings, overall owner, and responsibility for getting contributors to provide content on time
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
