Job description – Operations Executive
In this Graduate Operations Executive role, you will play a crucial role in operational infrastructure on behalf of the sports charity.
 
You must have a commercial mindsight, as you will oversee annual budgets which are more than six figures for pitch booking.
 
You will also manage relationships with key community pitch providers, and negotiate multi-year agreements to secure the best outcomes for the charity.
 
In this Operations role, you will make a real impact from day one and will be far more than a cog in a big machine!
 
Key responsibilities – Operations Executive 
In this Charity Operations Executive role in London, your responsibilities will include:  
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with community pitch providers, acting as the primary point of contact for all operational needs.
  • Fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and maintaining regular correspondence with club leads, venue managers, and county FA colleagues.  
  • Ensuring all facilities meet the required standards for program delivery.
  • Developing and executing short and long-term growth strategy for the league.  
  • Overseeing league finances, producing budgets and raising invoices. 
  • Working alongside the marketing team to develop an effective marketing strategy.
 
Job requirements – Operations Executive
For this Graduate Operations job in London, we are looking for:
  • A 2.1 or above from a top-ranked university. 
  • 1 year + relevant commercial experience  - ideally in operation or programme management, or a graduate with a wide range of experience from societies, internships, and positions of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.  
  • Attention to detail and highly organised.  
  • An excellent team player, with the ability to work from your initiative.
  • Flexibility for occasional weekend work (weekdays off given in lieu)
