Key responsibilities – Operations Analyst
In this Project Management job in London, you'll be involved in:
- Work alongside Change Managers to offer support, to ensure the smooth delivery of Change initiatives and projects. Including: Supporting in the drafting of communications, newsletters, development of Intranet sites/articles, videos and coordination of events (e.g. roundtables or focus groups).
- Be responsible for managing the global new joiner process – working with HR lists to identify who the new joiners are globally, distributing communications to them and coordinating monthly training sessions that take place on a recurring monthly basis.
- Manage the bi-annual review of offshore support resource performance, liaising with bankers for feedback and collating reports with key themes and findings.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of offshore support resources, including providing access to mailboxes and updating audit documentation in Excel with each personnel change.
- Manage and own select UK and global staff distribution lists, working with HR, IT and Compliance (if appropriate) to agree on any changes to the logic behind automated lists.
- Coordinate the planning of new global office openings (likely 1x a year). Working to bring together a range of teams, such as IT, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure the team sticks to the prescriptive process for new office rollouts.
- Manage ad-hoc special projects for the team.
- Support the administration of UK Team Leaders meetings, including scheduling dates and collating agenda items.
Job requirements - Operations Analyst
In this Project Analyst role in London, we are looking for:
- At least a 2:1 or above from a top university.
- Commercial experience within a professional services setting – ideally within a project management or operational capacity.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and reliability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Strong competencies in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, highly productive, reliable with a flexible attitude and a willingness to help out where required.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and multitask.
