Job description – Operations & Compliance Executive 
As an Operations & Compliance Executive, you will be the engine behind the smooth and effective delivery of key services, including KYC, AML and Sanctions Compliance. This role is hands-on and process-driven - ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a knack for managing many plates at one time, a keen eye for detail-oriented accuracy, and flair for customer support. 
 
You’ll be reporting to the Senior Manager, working across teams to ensure service quality is high, SLAs are met, and clients receive first-class operational support. 
 
Key responsibilities – Operations & Compliance Executive 
  • Support service ticket creation and manage the full lifecycle of service requests 
  • Process service payments and follow up on outstanding payments 
  • Receive, validate and manage buyer and seller data 
  • Generate and deliver Buyer and Seller Assessment Reports 
  • Support service improvement initiatives and identify areas for efficiency gains 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers for continuous service delivery 
  • Track service delivery against SLAs and maintain detailed service records 
  • Evaluate user needs and gather feedback for service development 
 
Job requirements – Operations & Compliance Executive 
  • A methodical, analytical mindset with great attention to detail 
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal 
  • Ideally some experience handling customer queries and managing expectations 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional team 
  • Problem-solving approach with a desire to improve systems and processes 
  • Comfortable using bespoke tech tools and willingness to learn and develop within the industry
