Job description - Graduate Office Administrator
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career in a versatile and fast-paced environment. The role will initially focus on administrative support for the senior management team and general coordination of daily operations at the company’s London headquarters.
 
The successful candidate will also gain valuable exposure to project coordination within the software delivery team, supporting the Project Management Office (PMO). This is an ideal role for someone interested in growing into project management, software delivery, or the travel tech sector.
 
Key responsibilities - Office Admin
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as scanning, managing deliveries, and recycling.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and building-related services (e.g. alarm systems, key management, coffee machine).
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events including exhibitions, conferences, internal meetings, and team events.
  • Organise client lunches, dinners, and travel arrangements (flights, visas, accommodation).
  • Track expenses and provide basic HR support.
  • Assist with the coordination of the Project Management Office for software implementation projects.
  • Support project managers with documentation, scheduling, and analysis.
  • Learn about software design, development, and implementation, along with gaining insights into the global travel industry.
 
Job requirements - Graduate Administrator
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Strong time management abilities and attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Team-oriented with the ability to also work independently.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and coordinating project activities.
  • Interest in the travel industry and technology.
