Job description – Office Administrator (Birmingham office)
In this Graduate Office Administrator role, you will take on a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of their Birmingham office.
 
You will support across recruitment administration, budgeting (so you will need some maths skills), event organisation, office management, and people onboarding.
 
Key responsibilities – Junior Office Manager (Birmingham office)
In this Office Assistant role, your tasks will include:
  • Being the first point of contact at reception and managing telephone enquiries.
  • Managing office supplies and general office management.
  • Supporting recruitment activities with recruitment agencies, such as booking interviews, feeding back to recruiters, and completing office tours for candidates.
  • Working with the People Operations team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
  • Tracking and maintaining budgets for social initiatives and planning events.
 
Job requirements - Junior Administrator (Birmingham office)
  • A minimum graduate degree of 2.2 and strong A-level grades.
  • 1+ year experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong maths or Excel skills are able to manage budgets effectively.
  • Proactive and eager to take on responsibilities.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Organised with strong problem-solving skills.
