We are seeking a highly organised and service-focused Concierge Executive to join our dedicated team. This is a front-facing, operational role supporting the smooth daily running of the practice - ideal for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, a calm, professional manner, and a genuine passion for client care.
Key responsibilities - Office Administrator (Concierge Executive)
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, consultants, and partner clinics.
- Manage appointment scheduling, including GP consultations, referrals, and external specialist bookings.
- Coordinate communication between patients and clinicians, ensuring timely follow-up and continuity.
- Maintain and manage diaries for doctors and senior staff, adjusting appointments with discretion and precision.
- Liaise with hospitals, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare providers to arrange imaging and procedures.
- Support general administrative tasks, including inbox management, document handling, and internal coordination.
- Uphold the practice’s high standards of discretion, professionalism, and personal service in all interactions.
Ideal candidate - Office Administrator (Concierge Executive)
- Experience in office administration, hospitality, or client-focused services preferred.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with calm efficiency.
