Job description - Memberships Manager
As Memberships Manager, you'll take ownership of managing corporate relationships, driving income generation and ensuring a high-quality experience for members at all levels.
This is a dynamic, people-focused role ideal for someone experienced in stakeholder management, corporate accounts, and high-volume communications. You'll collaborate across teams to support interns, track partner engagement, and secure the company's long-term sustainability.
Key responsibilities - Memberships Manager
- Manage relationships with over 100 corporate members, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction
- Support partners through all stages of internship delivery, from pledging to recruitment
- Coordinate regular communications, insights, and events to enhance the member experience
- Deliver monthly newsletters and updates tailored to different member tiers
- Drive renewals and timely payments by providing excellent service and tracking key milestones
- Handle invoicing and resolve any issues related to membership contributions
- Gather member feedback and onboard new partners to support continuous improvement
- Collaborate across teams to maintain records, report on progress, and promote the membership scheme effectively.
Job requirements - Memberships Manager
- 2+ years' experience in a client-facing, stakeholder, or account management role
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM systems and invoicing software, or willingness to learn
- Professional, approachable, and collaborative team player
- Preferred: experience managing or growing a membership programme, and an interest in social justice and inclusion
