Job description – Marketing Project Executive
In this junior-level product marketing role, you’ll work closely with the Product Creative Director to turn ideas into real, client-ready campaigns. From pricing and positioning to pitch decks and product rationale, you’ll help bring creative rewards and experiences to life.
You’ll collaborate across teams - Creative, Commercial, Client Success, and Operations - helping ensure every concept is creatively sharp, feasible to deliver, and aligned with brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities – Marketing Project Executive
Your role will include:
- Managing the product development process from brief to proposal.
- Supporting creative concepting, positioning, and pricing of rewards and campaigns.
- Preparing compelling presentations and product rationale.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on feasibility and delivery.
- Tracking product iterations and maintaining internal documentation.
- Gathering client feedback and refining ideas.
- Supporting innovation across themes like sustainability, gamification, and interactivity.
- Contributing to brainstorms, creative reviews, and workshops.
Job Requirements – Marketing Project Executive
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A degree in marketing, design, English, communications, or similar (or relevant experience).
- Some experience in marketing, creative production, media, or product strategy.
- A strong sense of storytelling, branding, and what makes an idea compelling.
- Good PowerPoint skills, comfort with Excel, and excellent presentation instincts.
- Organisational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive attitude.
- Curiosity about what drives human behaviour and a passion for loyalty, engagement, or customer experience.
