Job Description - Marketing Executive
As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and support business growth. Working within a close-knit and collaborative team, you'll manage social media activity, email campaigns, website content, and general marketing operations that keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities - Marketing Executive
In this Marketing Executive role, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage scheduling and publishing across all social media channels using Hootsuite
- Maintain a consistent social calendar and create engaging short-form content, including TikTok videos
- Build and send targeted email campaigns via Mailchimp
- Maintain customer data lists using the in-house database
- Review and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Support the creation of visuals, copy updates, and uploads for new campaigns
- Assist with monthly performance reports across social, email, and website channels
- Manage personal workflows through Jira and support wider marketing projects, exhibitions, and partner communications
In this Marketing Executive role, we are looking for:
- Experience using Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and CMS platforms
- Confident using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for light graphic editing
- Basic understanding of analytics (Google Analytics, social dashboards)
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
- Video production skills are highly desirable
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple projects
- Curious, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning new skills
- Professional, approachable, and a true team player
- Starting salary of £26,000 with regular salary reviews
