 Job description – L&D Consultant 
Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative L&D Consultant to join their growing team. This role requires energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset. Consultants in this business are hands-on across the full project lifecycle - selling, designing, and delivering innovative learning programs. 
 
Working in a fast-paced, agency-style environment, the ideal candidate will be skilled and passionate in four key areas: Learning Design, Project Management, Facilitation, and Sales. 
 
The role is hybrid; if you are located outside of the NYC area, expect to travel at least quarterly to team meetings; if you are in the NYC area, expect to be in person with the team at least once a week  
 
 Key responsibilities - Talent Development Consultant 
In this L&D Consultant job, your responsibilities will include: 
  • Work in a high-growth, high-energy agency delivering L&D solutions to both global enterprises and innovative startups.
  • Design engaging learning experiences for workshops, eLearning, and digital tools.
  • Lead the project management of L&D programs for world-renowned companies. 
  • Cultivate and grow long-term client relationships. 
  • Pitch creative L&D initiatives to HR, Talent, and L&D decision-makers. 
  • Facilitate impactful workshops (virtually and in person) for leadership and teams. 
  • Travel domestically and internationally (approx. 33% travel required). 
 
Job requirements - Learning and Development Advisor
We’re seeking someone with a sharp mind and a creative edge - someone who gets excited about closing a deal and then rolling up their sleeves to make it happen. You’ll need to be resilient, adaptable, and ready to learn by doing. You’ll thrive in this role if you have: 
  • 2–5 years of experience in talent, HR, project management, Learning & Development or Account Management/Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. 
  • Solid project management and organisational skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ownership mindset and deadline-driven approach. 
  • Creative thinker with a flexible, growth-oriented mindset.
  • High emotional intelligence and team spirit. 
  • Sales or sales enablement experience is a plus.
  • Energised by fast-paced, ever-changing environments. 
  • Motivated by purpose, people, and growth.

  • $60,000-$80,000 starting salary (DOE), with a 20% target bonus.
