Job description - Junior Project Manager
As a Junior Project Associate, you will provide essential support to our project management team, assisting with a wide range of tasks that ensure the smooth execution of projects. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, an ideal role for someone looking to start a career in project management.
 
Key responsibilities - Junior Project Manager 
For this Junior Project Manager role, your responsibilities will include:
  • Take detailed notes during project meetings and distribute them to the team.
  • Assist in the creation of project programmes using Asta Powerproject Software (training provided).
  • Produce budget financial forecasts with guidance from the Project Manager.
  • Draft risk registers, project dashboards, and Request for Information (RFI) for the landlord team with supervision.
  • Assist the Project Manager in preparing tender packs and RFIs.
  • Maintain and update project directories, ensuring all team members' contact details are accurate and up to date.
  • Update the project database throughout the project's duration (training provided).
  • Scan, format, print, and bind project documents as needed.
  • Manage project emails, ensuring they are sent, filed, and tracked appropriately.
  • Perform quality checks on all documents (e.g., minutes, agendas) to ensure proper formatting, branding, and accuracy before issuing to clients.
 
Job requirements - Junior Project Manager 
For this Operations Assistant job, we are looking for:
  • Any degree discipline or work experience in a related field (recent graduates welcome).
  • Excellent research abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in property, offices, and fit-out.
 
Desirable but not essential:
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management, with a basic understanding of CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of document design software, particularly Adobe InDesign.
