In this Junior Associate job, you will join a highly profitable London-based credit hedge fund. Founded in 2012, the business focuses on generating outsized returns through investment opportunities across asset classes in both the US and Europe.
 
With backgrounds working for some of the largest banks in the world, their team has years of experience under their belts - and as they continue to grow, they are now looking to find an Operations Analyst to join their team and learn from their expertise.
 
Key responsibilities - Junior Associate

• Supporting the senior investment team with commercial operations
• Helping to create and refine presentations and pitchbooks, to be shared with prospective clients
• Supporting the team with deal work - such as formatting memos and providing necessary administrative support
• Shadowing meetings and understanding how successful deal processes are fun
• Organising meetings and making sure attendance is secured
• Providing general ad hoc support across the department

Job requirements - Junior Associate

• A minimum of 2.1 from university with a strong academic record.
• A genuine interest and want to get into finance, you can speak with confidence about the market
• Strong Excel skills, ability to use V Look Up and Pivot tables are a real bonus
• Fantastic attention to detail, with the ability to keep many plates spinning at once.
• Keen to get stuck in, in a holistic and varied support based role
