Job description – IT Administrator
In this IT Admin role, you will be a key part of the tech and IT team. This role will see you working closely with their consultant radiologists to initially get them set up with the right tech and equipment and ensure that any technical issues are resolved.
 
This role would be working closely with senior members of the tech team to assist with other technical projects, such as implementing new integrations with client systems. See the full list of responsibilities below:
 
Key responsibilities – Tech Support
In this Tech Support job in London, your responsibilities will include:
  • Deliver, set up and provide introduction training to a new reporting radiologist.
  • Prepare multiple new PC’s ready for delivery.
  • Maintain a full inventory of IT stock.
  • Assist in implementing a new integration with a major NHS hospital.
  • Complete service desk tickets from internal users who need specialist assistance.
  • Troubleshoot a technical issue and help a reporter get back to their job helping patients.
 
Job requirements – Graduate IT Administrator
In this IT Administrator job, we're looking for a candidate with:
  • A degree from a University (Computer Science, Business Information Systems, and Computing degrees preferred).
  • Full right to work in the UK.
  • Be well versed in modern IT infrastructure, and know your VPNs from your VMs.
  • Learn fast and have strategies to gain confidence in unfamiliar domains.
  • Communicate well and be comfortable and adept at tailoring your communication style to meet your audience.
  • Have experience building Windows PCs.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Understand PACS and RIS application workflows and configuration.
  • Nice to haves would be a strong grasp of teleradiology or a working knowledge of HL7 or DICOM protocols.
