Job description - Graduate Sales Executive
In this Graduate Sales Executive role, you will spend your first 9 months in the Private Client Sales team where you will be using our bespoke sales training and hard work to convert our prospective clients to trading customers.
To progress in this area, you will need to achieve your targets and demonstrate progression in our client's sales accreditation process. The following 9 months will be in development placements, where you get to experience other areas of the business and other businesses in the group.
This is a warm sales role that involves more account management and activation, rather than cold calling or outreach.
The final 6 months of the programme will see you in the role that you will be developing your career in.
Key responsibilities - Graduate Sales Executive

- Establishing trading opportunities with newly registered customers
- Providing support to customers and prospects
- Acting as the first point of contact when dealing with existing and prospective client enquiries
- Helping to develop new business relations with the private client base
- Ensuring that clients are content with the services provided
- Acting as the main point of contact for the affiliates in terms of obtaining referrals and prospects, and providing feedback
