We work with a range of well-established UK construction contractors in London with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. We pride ourselves on innovation, sustainability, and teamwork, and we are now looking for motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyors to join our growing commercial teams.

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll support the commercial team in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their QS career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key responsibilities - Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Assist with the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
Support with subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
Help monitor project costs, valuations, and variations.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and final accounts.
Carry out site visits and attend project meetings.
Liaise with project teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure accurate cost control.

What we’re looking for - Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline (or currently studying part-time).
Some industry experience (placement year or up to 2 years in a QS/commercial role) preferred.
Good numeracy and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT tools.
Full UK driving licence (desirable).
