distriBind is an InsurTech delivering Automated Data Exchange and back-office processing to the Insurance Industry. Primarily focused on the Delegated Authority sector, distriBind allows data to be passed from distribution to capacity in a highly automated manner, whether using real-time APIs or more traditional bordereaux.

Job overview - Graduate Project Manager

We’re looking for a highly motivated and organised Graduate Project Manager to join our Product team. You’ll play a key role in planning and delivering client implementations and product development projects.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external clients, you’ll support every stage of the project lifecycle - from scoping and sprint planning to launch and post-delivery feedback. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking to establish a solid foundation in product and project management within a fast-paced startup environment. 

 

Key responsibilities - Graduate Project Manager

  • Support the planning and delivery of implementation and product development projects.
  • Schedule and coordinate client workshops, internal sprints, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager, Head of Product Delivery, Business Analysts, and Development Team to define sprint priorities and allocate resources.
  • Track project progress and maintain clear, regular reporting to stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Contribute to project documentation, delivery plans, and client communication.
  • Assist with pre-sales efforts such as RFI/RFP responses and represent the company at events.
  • Take on additional activities as needed to support company and team goals.

 

What we're looking for - Graduate Project Manager 

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline) is required. Relevant work experience is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Clear, confident communication style and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
  • An interest in technology, software, or the insurance industry (experience a plus, but not essential).
  • Familiarity with project management principles or tools (e.g. Agile, Miro, Kanban, MS Planner, Confluence) is a plus.
