Job description – Junior Project Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded graduate to join the marketing division. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting brand development and product expansion across the UK.
 
You will be tasked with researching and understanding consumer needs, working closely with internal stakeholders, pushing brand excellence and ultimately developing product plans.
 
Key responsibilities – Product Executive
In this Marketing Executive role, you will:
  • Effectively manage products through analysis and market research, working closely with the supply chain to ensure the range is appropriate and on-brand.
  • Lead the development, delivery, and measurement of the UK marketing plan for the proposed product.
  • Maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Work in cross-functional teams to coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Recommend and execute product optimisations based on data analysis.
  • Maintain brand consistency by collaborating and communicating with the Marketing teams.
 
Job requirements – Graduate Product Executive
For this Marketing Analyst job, we are looking for:
  • 2:1 degree or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of commercial experience in marketing, product, or a relevant commercial department is key.
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain a UK driving license/have a working car or be willing to commute to the office twice a week.
  • Strong desire to creatively but also work with numbers.
  • Desired but not essential proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in Online Marketing and E-commerce.
