Job description - Graduate Finance Analyst
In this Graduate Compliance Analyst job, you will be working closely alongside the Legal and Compliance head of the business as well as the COO. You will be both internal (liaising with the UK and international offices) and client-facing, so communication skills are key. The role will require a keen eye for detail as you'll be responsible for compliance projects with key financial data included.

Key responsibilities - Graduate Compliance Analyst
In this Graduate Compliance Analyst job in London, your responsibilities will include:

• Work with senior colleagues to update and implement mandatory policies, procedures, and processes throughout the company in accordance with applicable laws;
• Work with senior colleagues to update and implement a compliance monitoring programme in line with FCA and SEC regulatory requirements
• Perform AML/ KYC checks
• Communicating with international offices within the business
• Periodic regulatory filings and investor reporting assistance
• Maintenance of the various compliance logs
• Delegation matters (periodic reviews of certain delegates)
• Assisting with the periodic regulatory reviews that are required (SEC annual review, investment research review etc.)

 
Job requirements - Graduate Finance Analyst

• A minimum of 2.1 from a top university, ideally in Law or a relevant degree
• Some experience in the legal or compliance industry is beneficial
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and autonomous worker
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Fantastic attention to detail, with the ability to keep many plates spinning at once
