Job Description- Graduate Business Analyst This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to join a dynamic and well-funded real estate investment platform. The Graduate Analyst will support the investment and asset management team across a wide range of activities, including financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis. The role offers strong exposure to the full investment lifecycle and is ideal for someone looking to build a career in commercial real estate and investment.
Key Responsibilities- Graduate Analyst - Build and maintain Excel models for investment appraisals and asset-level cash flows
- Support annual business planning and budgeting processes
- Use Yardi and Forecast Manager to track asset performance and generate reports
- Assist in the preparation of materials for investor and lender reporting
- Work with AI tools to enhance data presentation and improve internal workflows
Job Requirements- Graduate Analyst - Strong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent proficiency in Excel
- A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or similar)
- Familiarity with property investment and asset management concepts (desirable)
- Experience with financial modelling through coursework, internships, or a structured placement (preferred)
