In this key role within the supply team, you’ll collaborate closely with the various internal divisions to address home-related issues, and as well es helping to coordinate scheduling and logistical needs.
At its core, this is an Account Management position that demands strong interpersonal skills, quick problem-solving, and a talent for creating mutually beneficial outcomes for both the business and the client base. You’ll need to be detail-oriented and comfortable juggling a diverse workload involving multiple stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities - Graduate Account Manager
In this Account Manager job in London, your responsibilities will include:
- Primary Contact for Homeowners: Act as the first point of contact for homeowners, assisting with queries related to statements, calendar updates, booking confirmations, and more.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and manage homeowner-reported damages following guest stays, as well as communicate and report any issues that arise during or after a booking.
- Home Information Management: Ensure all property details are accurate and up to date across the entire London portfolio, both proactively and in response to changes.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of homes to ensure quality standards are maintained, and provide detailed reports to Account Managers.
- Team Support: Assist the wider Supply team with tasks related to onboarding new homes and supporting supply acquisition efforts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a methodical, consistent approach to your work.
- Once you start something, you always see it through, finding the most efficient way to deliver excellent service.
- You enjoy liaising with high net worth clients, building on existing relationships and managing client expectations.
- Excellent organisation - you’re always one step ahead; scheduling, planning and managing lots of different activities.
- Comfortable working under pressure and never fazed by last-minute changes
