Job description - FMCG Account Executive
In this Account Executive job in Reigate, you will be responsible for managing and growing the sales across new and existing accounts. You will be driving business growth by building and maintaining fundamental customer relationships and will be given the opportunity to build a credible and long-term career within the business with lots of support!
 
To succeed in this role, you will need a genuine passion for the FMCG and/or food & beverage industry, as well as top-tier commercial business development acumen.
 
Key responsibilities -  FMCG Account Executive
In this Graduate Account Executive job in Surrey, your responsibilities will include:
  • Create and implement relevant account strategies in line with the company's
    objectives.
  •  Help Account Managers with day to day admin.
  • To develop a portfolio of customers ensuring an in-depth understanding of each
    customer's objectives.
  • Identify sales opportunities, presenting benefits and key features of our products
    effectively to acquire new business.
  • Build, manage and develop good credible relationships with clients, suppliers and
    relevant parties.
  • Use data and financial insight to make sound recommendations to develop business
    and relationships.
  • Manage contracts and the timely delivery of products.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Insight to carryout research for presentation purposes for
    current and prospective clients.
  • Attend customer meetings, preparing presentations for review within company
    timescales and produce minutes following customer meetings promptly and in the
    required format. 
Job requirements - FMCG Account Executive  
  • 2.1 or above in a relevant degree from a Russel Group University
  • An interest in FMCGs and the food industry
  • Highly motivated to improve and progress
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). 
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Analytical and process-driven with strong numerical skills
