Job description - Executive Trainee
In this Founders Associate role in Kent, you'll work closely with the CEO to support high-level strategic decision-making, execute business-critical research and analysis, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across key functions. It's a brilliant role for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a desire to make a tangible impact within a growing business.
 
This is a hybrid role based out of their Sevenoaks HQ, with hybrid working. 
 
Key responsibilities - Executive Trainee
In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Collaborating directly with the CEO to shape, plan, and articulate the company's four-year strategic vision
  • Conducting market research and data analysis to help steer strategic decision-making
  • Creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external use
  • Analysing key business data in Excel to extract insights and inform business planning
  • Supporting change initiatives aimed at increasing inclusivity and evolving company culture
  • Acting as a central point of communication across teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals
  • Bringing fresh thinking, ambition, and curiosity to everything you do
 
Job requirements - Executive Trainee
For this role, you will need:
  • A strong academic background in an analytical degree (Business, Economics, Psychology, or similar)
  • Some commercial experience in the office environment from a placement year, internships, or your first job out of uni, ideally in a similar role (e.g operations, administration, business support, project coordination)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across audiences
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Word skills, with a keen eye for detail and formatting
  • Strong Excel skills - you're confident working with and interpreting data to contribute to business decisions
  • A proactive, ambitious attitude - you're energised by big challenges and like to take ownership
  • An interest in business strategy, operations, or innovation
  • Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple priorities
  • A collaborative, thoughtful approach - especially when working with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, reliable, and proactive
