Job description - Partner Success Manager
In this Customer Success job in London, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional end-to-end customer experiences from implementation and launch, through ongoing support, to renewal. You will manage business relationships and ensure clients can successfully implement the product & program into client organisations. You'll offer support, guidance, and be a crucial first point of contact for new and existing clientele. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organised and relationship-oriented. 
 
The UK team is London-based, with a hybrid working model.
 
Key responsibilities - Graduate Account Manager
In this Partnerships job in London, your responsibilities will include: 
  • Supporting new accounts to facilitate the product implementation process.
  • Managing onboarding, product/program setup, training, and customisation to meet clients' specific needs.
  • Sustaining relationships with existing accounts by initiating year-round communication to support the successful utilisation of the product & program and align with their goals.
  • Working as the main point of contact for education partners.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and providing timely responses to foster positive interactions and build trust with valued education partners.
  • Contributing to the design and delivery of programming, such as monthly professional development offerings, Q&As and product training.
  • Overseeing implementation specialists designated for your region, ensuring seamless coordination and support. 
  • Maintaining and updating CRM and other supporting systems.
  • Delivering weekly quantitative updates across key metrics.
  • Promptly addressing and resolving any issues that arise for new and existing partner accounts.
  • Utilising data to identify and address potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Effectively communicating with school administrators, teaching staff, and parent communities through engaging presentations and written and virtual communication sources.
  • Collaborating closely with Education Account Executives to seamlessly transition new partners from the sales phase to the implementation phase, ensuring partner success.
  • Attaining exceptional partner satisfaction through surveys, leading to strong reference partnerships.
Job requirements - Client Relationship Manager
  • A graduate with a 2:1 or above in a university degree.
  • Prior commercial experience in a client-facing role. 
  • Existing experience in commercial account management or partnerships is highly advantageous; a salary bracket depending on experience is available.
  • Experience in the education sector is beneficial.
  • Additional European languages (especially Spanish & German) is highly advantageous. 
  • A clear drive to build a career in a client relationship and program implementation management role. 
  • Impeccable organisation skills with a high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptability in dynamic environments: thrives in fast-paced settings, exhibiting flexibility and demonstrating resilience to navigate through rapid growth.
  • Proficiency in technology: skilled in digital tools and technology platforms that support a remote work environment.
  • Solution-driven mindset: ability to embrace change and tackle obstacles with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • You must be based in London and able to attend the Covent Garden office at least twice weekly. 
  • Willingness to travel: travel expectation is based on partners' demand and manager approval: 0-15% non-peak / 20-30% peak seasons.
