Job description - Marketing Analyst
In this graduate Marketing Analyst role, you will be responsible for executing clients' customer marketing strategies with precision and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities - Marketing Analyst
In this Marketing Analyst opportunity in London for graduates, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing day-to-day operations of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, building automated programs, implementing dynamic content, and running A/B tests.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of customer marketing campaigns across channels such as Push and SMS.
  • Assisting the project lead in developing comprehensive CRM strategies.
  • Providing support to colleagues and client teams during the migration and implementation of new platforms and tools.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving basic platform or data issues that may arise during campaign execution or system usage.
  • Analysing campaign performance metrics, drawing meaningful insights, and providing actionable recommendations to optimise future campaigns.
  • Supporting customer behaviour analysis and reporting efforts, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of complex marketing automations.
 
Job requirements - Marketing Analyst
  • A degree in an analytical subject, a STEM or analytical degree.
  • Some experience in an analytical or marketing role would be beneficial, but is not essential.
  • Experience working with analytics tools commercially.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Process-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Great communication skills.
